Shipping Policy
We only ship to locations within Australia.
Orders are processed within 1 business day of the order being received.
Deliveries to east coast locations generally take 1-3 business days. Regional areas may take 1 -2 extra business days.
Deliveries to middle and west coast locations generally take 3 - 5 business days. Regional areas may take 1 -2 extra business days.
Our carriers can not deliver to Australia Post PO boxes. You must provide a fixed street address.
To ensure an on-time delivery, please ensure your shipping and billing address and phone number are completely accurate.
You will receive a confirmation from our system once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. To track the progress of your delivery click on the tracking link provided in your email.
Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bazookasports.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with details on where to send the item. Return postage will be at the customers expense, unless the item was faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
